Senegal coach Aliou Cisse has rejoined the squad after a brief hospital stay in Ivory Coast due to a minor gastric infection. Despite feeling tired, Cisse managed to be on the touchline for Senegal’s 3-1 victory over Cameroon, securing their spot in the last 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations.
The Senegalese Football Federation president noted that Cisse was weakened, prompting doctors to hospitalize him for observation and treatment.
