Renowned Nigerian singer, Naira Marley, has been seen with his protegé Zinoleesky and his associate Sam Larry for the first time since the unfortunate death of Mohbad.
On November 17, 2023, the Lagos State Police Command released Naira Marley, also known as Azeez Fashola, and his associate, Balogun Samson or Sammy Larry, after they met the conditions for their bail. The court had granted them bail on November 6, requiring a sum of N20 million and three trustworthy sureties.
Their arrest was part of an investigation into the death of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka Mohbad, prompted by online videos showing assault against the late artist. Mohbad’s death on September 12, 2023, was shrouded in controversy.
