On Monday, the Federal High Court, Abuja, will render judgment in the case filed by Speaker Martin Amaewhule of the Rivers State House of Assembly against Governor Siminalayi Fubara, the National Assembly, and others.
The notice to the involved parties was sent on Sunday. The case, identified as FHC/ABJ/CS/1613/2023, has the Rivers State House of Assembly and Amaewhule as plaintiffs, with the National Assembly, Senate President, Deputy Senate President, Senate Majority Leader, and Senate Minority Leader as the first to fifth defendants, respectively.
