A Federal High Court in Abuja has approved bail for Prof. Cyril Ndifon, the suspended Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Calabar, along with his legal representative, Sunny Anyanwu.
Both were brought before the court by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission. The charges against them involve alleged sexual harassment and an attempt to obstruct justice, with Ndifon facing four amended counts.
Ndifon’s bail was set at N250 million, requiring two sureties, while Anyanwu’s bail was granted at N50 million, also with two sureties.
