The Lagos State Government has announced the lifting of the suspension on the operations of the Road Transport Employers’ Association of Nigeria within the state.
Mr. Sola Giwa, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Transportation, disclosed this in a statement issued on Monday.
Giwa highlighted that the decision to lift the suspension was made to promote harmony and improve collaboration among union members in the transportation industry.
“The government arrived at this decision after thorough deliberations and extensive consultations with key stakeholders, including members of the association, Trade Union Congress, and the wider public.”
