Breaking: Ex-Power and Steel Minister Olu Agunloye Faces EFCC Arraignment
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has initiated legal proceedings against Mr. Olu Agunloye, the former Minister of Power and Steel.
The charges, centered around allegations of fraud, were presented before Justice Donatus Okorowo at the Federal High Court.
During the court appearance on Wednesday, Mr. Agunloye entered a plea of not guilty to the charges levied against him. In response, the presiding judge directed that he be remanded in Kuje Correctional Center until the determination of his bail application.
