If you’re a qualified candidate, this is your chance to apply for positions in the 2024/2025 Federal Fire Service Recruitment. Here are the available positions and their respective requirements:
CATEGORY A: SUPERINTENDENT CADRE
Assistant Superintendent of Fire I (ASF I) [CONPASS 09]: Master’s Degree or Membership of a recognized professional body required.
Assistant Superintendent of Fire II (ASF II) [CONPASS 08]: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution required.
CATEGORY B: INSPECTORATE CADRE
Senior Inspector of Fire (SIF) [CONPASS 08]: Higher National Diploma or equivalent from a recognized Polytechnic/Institution required.
Inspector of Fire (IF) Nursing [CONHESS 06]: Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Midwife (RM), or Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM) from recognized institutions required.
Assistant Inspector of Fire (AIF), General Duty, CONPASS 06: National Diploma (ND), NCE, or Advanced NABTEB from recognized institutions required.
CATEGORY C: ASSISTANT CADRE
Fire Assistant II (FA II) CONPASS 04: GCE Ordinary Level, SSCE/NECO or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) credits required, including Mathematics and English Language.
Fire Assistant III (FA III) CONPASS 03: GCE Ordinary Level, SSCE/NECO or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) credits required, including at least English or Mathematics.
Basic Requirements for the Federal Fire Service (FFS) Recruitment 2024/2025:
- Nigerian citizenship by birth.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- Height not less than 65m for males and 1.60m for females.
- Chest measurement not less than 87 for men.
- Possession of required qualifications and certificates.
- Medical fitness certificates from government-recognized hospitals.
- Good character without any criminal convictions, drug addiction, or affiliation with secret societies or cults.
- No financial embarrassment.
- Computer literacy is advantageous.

Candidates in Categories A and B i (Degree and HND holders) must register at www.cdfipb.careers to fill and submit their online application forms.
Candidates in Categories B ii and C (ND, NCE, NATEB, SSCE, NECO, or their equivalents) must register at www.fedfire.gov.ng to fill and submit their applications.
