Breaking News: Fubara Unveils 2024 Budget to 5 of Rivers Legislators!
In a noteworthy development on Wednesday, Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State presented the 2024 Appropriation Bill to a group of five state House of Assembly members aligned with his leadership.
This event unfolded shortly after the commencement of the demolition of the House of Assembly complex.
Notably absent from the proceedings were the 27 members of the House aligned with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, who recently defected from the Peoples Democratic Party to the All Progressives Congress.
