Shehu Sani: Tinubu can’t solve in 6 months what Buhari couldn’t in 8 years
Shehu Sani, a former lawmaker, has cautioned those criticizing President Bola Tinubu for the ongoing insecurity in the country, especially in the northern region.
In a statement on his verified Facebook page, Senator Shehu Sani pointed out the hypocrisy in the North, noting their tolerance of insecurity during Buhari’s eight-year tenure while now expressing concerns under Tinubu.
Sani stressed the need for introspection within the North to address its security challenges. He recalled facing insults when raising concerns about kidnappings and killings in the region during his time in the Senate.
Sani concluded by stating that the issues unresolved by the leader from Daura in eight years cannot be fixed by the leader from Lagos in six months, despite the latter’s responsibility to tackle them.
