The Ogun State Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) issued a traffic alert on Saturday, informing the public about the complete blockage of Ota-Idiroko Road in the Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area. The gridlock stemmed from a series of accidents involving a truck, two tricycles, and a car on the Iju River Bridge, with the car reportedly plunging into the river.
FRSC operatives and other security agencies are currently present at the scene, managing the situation. Additionally, preparations for a rescue operation are underway, with the deployment of a crane pending.
