The Lagos State Taskforce seized 952 motorcycles within two weeks in various areas of the state.
The taskforce impounded 344 motorcycles on January 14 and 355 on January 23 for violating restricted routes, aiming to curb the activities of defiant bike riders. The Chairman of the Agency, CSP Shola Jejeloye, directed the latest operation along Oshodi-Apapa Expressway, emphasizing that these actions served as warnings to motorcycle operators, which went unheeded. The information was provided by the agency’s Public Relations Officer, Gbadeyan Abdulraheem.
