Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and his wife, Pastor Dorcas Rigathi, celebrated Boxing Day by opening their home in Mathira, Nyeri, to host children on Tuesday.
The couple, adorned in matching Christmas-themed attire – white sweatshirts with red stripes bearing the words ‘Merry Christmas,’ paired with red trousers featuring white stripes – exemplified the festive spirit.
Deputy President Gachagua expressed his joy at celebrating Christmas with hundreds of children at their rural residence, emphasizing the importance of imparting life lessons to the younger generation. He highlighted the duty to mentor and teach children the joy of sharing.
